Posh is a collection of talented, creative, and hardworking individuals.
Joshua Hebert, Chef/Owner. Joshua is nearly a native of Scottsdale. He began his career at Tarbell's in Phoenix. He spent his 20's in San Francisco and Tokyo, but returned to head the kitchen at Tarbell's, North, (Kierland), and Dual, before making POSH his obsession. Joshua is married, has no kids, but an awfully cute pound puppy named Kassy.
Zac Zaun, Chef de Cuisine. No that is not a typo, Zac is a Sedona native, (lucky guy) who has the pleasure of running the day to day operations of the POSH kitchen, and has worked his way to this by being the de facto leader of every kitchen he has set foot in, and has been Josh's rock for the last 5 years. He comes armed with razor sharp wit, as well as knives, a 5 year old boy who will be washing dishes by next year. Look out for when yellow squash is in season. Zac is a big fan.
